Provide skilled nursing care to expectant mothers, postpartum mothers, newborns, and high-risk infants in the home setting
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
Educate families on prenatal care, newborn care, feeding, safety, and overall wellness
Monitor maternal and infant health and communicate changes to the care team as needed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
Document patient care accurately and timely
