Implements and evaluates clinical pharmacy services while collaborating with medical staff to ensure safe and effective medication use. Coordinates Medication Usage Evaluations and manages educational programs for staff and pharmacy students.
Requires a Bachelor of Pharmacy, a current New York State Pharmacist license, and 1-3 years of technical experience. A PGY2 in oncology or ambulatory care is preferred.
Implements, coordinates, and evaluates all clinical Pharmacy services. Assists and directs Medication Usage Evaluations, collaborates with the medical staff, and establishes criteria for the safe, effective and appropriate use of medication.
