Provide exceptional oncology care within Radiation Oncology clinics, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Manage diverse patient populations including those with hematologic malignancies and non-oncology diagnoses requiring radiation.
Requires three years of nursing experience, including recent inpatient or procedure area experience, and a valid Washington RN license. Candidates must hold or obtain OCN certification and have a BSN or an ADN with a commitment to complete a BSN program.
One year’s oncology experience within the last four years Ambulatory Care Coordination experience Radiation Oncology experience Additional Details Length of Orientation – Experienced Nurse External candidates: OHSU & Nursing New Employee Orientation (NEO) for about a week. Either Transition to Practice (TTP) Program Specialty Fellowship/Fellowship Learning Pathway or Orientation experience for 3 days-26 weeks depending on the care area.
