Experienced Homecare RN

We are seeking an Experienced Homecare RN to join our dedicated team at University Home Care Inc. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, health, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced in delivering skilled nursing services in a home care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to care plans.
• Assess patient health and record medical information.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing activities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in homecare nursing or related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in the Southeast MI Region area.
