Salary
$20 - $25 / HOUR
Provide direct behavioral health support to clients in their homes, communities, and schools. Collaborate with therapists to create treatment plans and maintain compliant progress notes and billing documentation.
Candidates must have a degree in behavioral sciences or a combination of specific semester hours and 2,000-4,000 hours of relevant experience. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for travel to client sessions.
Location: Within a 30 minute radius of our offices in New Prague, Farmington and Northfield.
Create your own full-time schedule with 2/3 evenings being between 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

Willingness to work from an attachment perspective and with a team approach. Work directly with clients in-home, in the community, in schools and in the office. Work collaboratively with the therapist and clinical supervisor to create treatment plans for their clients. Write progress notes for each session conducted with a client. Maintains compliance with billing and documentation policy. Maintains own caseload, schedules those clients both in home and in office. Remains compliant with SBCC policies and procedures. Attend mandatory weekly supervision meetings with the Director of Rehabilitative Services. Must receive 30 hours of continuing education every two calendar years.
Must have one of the below requirements in order to qualify for this role: Has completed at least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields and has at least 2000 hours of experience in providing services to individuals with a mental illness, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury or developmental disability Completion of a practicum or internship that required direct interaction with adult or child clients with a focus on behavioral sciences/related fields is also sufficient in lieu of 2000 hours Has at least 4000 hours of work experience in providing services to individuals with a mental illness, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury or developmental disability Has a master’s or other graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle to attend sessions. Strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered care Ability to work independently and as part of a team
