Provide high-quality primary care to a small patient panel in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a health services team to transform sick care into better health care for the community.
Requires an active and unrestricted medical license in Florida or the practicing state. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care, with preferred training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
