Provide high-quality primary care to a small patient panel in an outpatient setting. Focus on transforming sick care into better health care through compassionate and innovative patient management.
Requires an active and unrestricted medical license and at least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care. Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred.
