Position Overview As a Registered Nurse at Ashley Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering both telephonic and in-person care.
This role blends triage expertise, patient education, and ambulatory nursing, with a strong focus on work injury triage and proactive care coordination.
This position primarily supports phone-based triage (approximately 70% of encounters), along with hands-on clinical care—making it ideal for adaptable RNs who enjoy variety and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do Conduct telephone and in-person triage for work-related injuries and general health concerns Assess patient needs and direct appropriate care (on-site treatment vs.
