Advanced Practice Provider - Outpatient Clinic, Family Medicine - New London Hospital

• Overview New London Hospital (NLH) is seeking an experienced and energetic Family Practice or Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care practice.
• In addition to autonomously providing primary care services to patients of all ages, each team includes physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and medical assistants—all working together to provide seamless, high-quality care.
• This position requires 2+ years of primary care provider experience.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited APRN academic program National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP Minimum of 2 years working in a medical office or hospital setting as a nurse practitioner preferred Required Licensure/Certifications Licensed RN with NH eligibilityLicensed APRN with NH eligibilityDEA License REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S): (BLS) Basic Life Support
