Job description

Job Summary\nThe Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) II is responsible for managing individualized\npatient care by promoting and restoring patients' health in accordance with\nmedical and nursing plans of care and established policies and procedures. The\nClinical RN II collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members\nin the development, execution, and evaluation of the multidisciplinary plan of\ncare. The RN assumes a full patient assignment and can plan, analyze, intervene\nand set goals for patient care accordingly. This nurse provides nursing services\nto patients and families in accordance with the scope of the RN as defined by\nthe Virginia Board of Nursing. This RN maintains a safe care environment for\ntheir patients (clients) and delivers quality care.
