Performs EMG procedures according to facility policy and procedures and assists with throughput of clinic.

Responsibilities

• Completes EMGs for both inpatient and out-patients.
• Maintains laboratory supplies and environment.
• Communicates with health care team.
• Travels to hospital bedside.
• Supporting clinic throughput commensurate with medical assistant role.
• Orders, stocks, maintains department supplies Performs EMG testing in both the in-patient and out-patient setting.
• Supporting clinic throughput commensurate with medical assistant role.
• Activities to include but not limited to rooming patients, sending normal result notes to patients, MRI screening, assisting with bedside procedures being performed by providers.

Compensation and Benefits

• The compensation range for this position is $15.91per hour - $25.77per hour.
• This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
• The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
