Provide one-on-one support, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients both within their homes and out in the community.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check is required, while experience with disabilities is preferred.
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.
Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community. Assist the individual in completing daily living activities for a total care client
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Job Types - In-Home Services - Full time (40+ weekly) Part Time (20 hours weekly) Full time: Monday-Wednesday & Friday 7:30AM-4PM and Thursdays 7:30am-8pm
