The LVN is responsible for delivering nursing care, administering treatments, and monitoring resident status according to individual service plans. They also supervise nurse aides and coordinate with physicians and the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a current Texas licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform strenuous physical activities for most of the shift is required.
