• Evanston dental practice is seeking a talented General Dentist to start in July or August (at least one year of practice experience required).

What We Offer

• you: Pay: 32.5% adjusted net production (w/initial daily rate) Signing bonus: $5,000.00
• (least 1 year experience) Annual earnings of $254,000 (avg, 1st year) School Loan Relief (Annually): $4,000 paid/year directly to your student loans. Responsibilities

Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes. Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities. Correct bite issues and overcrowding. Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners. Prescribe medications such as pain medications or antibiotics. Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes, to examine and treat teeth. Keep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the tx rendered to them. Manage positively and communicate with team to provide outstanding care to patients. Diagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases. Routine follow-up with patients whom you’ve provided treatment via phone or email. Manage both patient experiences and patient expectations to create a positive outcome.
