What you will do: Provide direct nursing care and clinical monitoring for cardiac rehab patients during exercise and recovery sessions Assess patient response to exercise, including vital signs, telemetry rhythms, symptoms, and overall tolerance Educate patients on cardiac health, medications, risk factor reduction, diet, and lifestyle modifications Collaborate with physicians, exercise physiologists, and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized patient care plans Maintain accurate documentation, patient records, and communication related to treatment plans, progress, and patient outcomes
What you will need: Prefer at least one year of experience as a staff nurse; cardiac rehab experience preferred IL RN nursing license CPR – BLS issued by the American
