Job specifics

• Established outpatient psychiatric practice actively seeks a BC/BE psychiatrist to join three psychiatrists, behavioral health therapists, registered nurses, CMAs, and supportive office staff. Patient population includes both adult and child & adolescents. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday with flexibility to support a 4-day work week; no weekends or holidays. After-hours call is phone only with answering service taking initial call. Collaborative environment with additional clinical support from Behavioral Health Service Line to support continuity of care across all levels of treatment.

• Academy
• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $340,000-$400,000. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
• Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
