LPN Clinic - HK - FT - Shift 1

Overview Acts as collaborative member of the clinic team in providing continuity of and quality patient care. Assesses and provides appropriate intervention for the problems that patients and families experience related to their health care and treatment to include teaching, counseling and supporting as needed to assist provider, patient and family. Also acts as lead clinician in assistance to provider and/or as dedicated telephone assistant.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required Education: Graduated from an approved nursing program. Current AL LPN licensure. Minimum of one year clinic experience in direct patient care setting preferred.
