Caregiver - Private Duty

• Innovative Home Services (IHS) at Freedom Village at Brandywine is a private duty home care.
• We are currently seeking EXTRORDINARY, compassionate, motivated, and energetic Companions/Caregivers/Homemakers to join our team.
• As an IHS Companion, you will provide light housekeeping and companion services, one on one, all while working our beautiful, upscale campus.
• We provide individual private duty supportive care that is personalized to the needs of our residents here in our community 7 days a week.
• Previous companion experience is preferred.
• Innovative Home Services offers the opportunity to have a flexible schedule depending on your availability up to 20+ hours a week.

Job duties can include

• Personal care assistance such as showers, dressing, grooming
• Shopping and errands
• Companionship
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping such as laundry
• Assistance with going to medical appointments.

Qualifications

• Current HHA certificate Current CPR certification.
• Previous HHA experience great but not required.
• Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.
