Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a primary care clinic under the supervision of a registered professional nurse. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, communicating patient needs to the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Requires a high school diploma, a current Illinois LPN license, and active BLS certification. Candidates must have completed a state-approved course of study and a pharmacology course, with experience in community health settings preferred.

In this role as the LPN - Clinic Medicating you would be responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered professional nurse. Patient Centered care principles and practical nursing standards provide the foundation for the care provided.

UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
