The Wellness Clinician provides assessment, crisis stabilization, and direct clinical services to individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders. They are responsible for creating recovery-oriented treatment plans and coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and a valid LPC or LAC license, with Spanish bilingualism being mandatory. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and vehicle, and while one year of experience is preferred, new graduates will be considered.

Monday-Friday: 2 days 12pm-8pm, 3 days 9am-5pm (flexible on days)

In collaboration with the CIS Director, the Wellness Clinician-Licensed, and the Senior Wellness Clinician, the LSW or LAC ensures that clinical interventions are effective, trauma informed, stage-based and tied directly to the goal and discharge plans of the individual receiving services. As part of a multidisciplinary, core services team, the Wellness Clinician-Licensed provides assessment and direct clinical services to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre-existing mental health disorder or a co-occurring disorder who are enrolled in the CIS Program.
• Intake, assessment, Goal, and Discharge planning to include the CIS staff. This is achieved through regular multi-disciplinary communication between all team members, inclusive of other Licensed Clinicians, Wellness Specialists, APN’s, Psychiatrist, scheduling & Insurance Verification Specialist and Receptionist, and Program Director.
• Community service providers and resource providers regarding the assessment, treatment and aftercare needs of the persons served.
• 1 year paid progressive work experience with people who have mental health issues, preferably in an Outpatient or Community Mental Health Setting; new graduates will be considered
