Perform accurate patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for patients with complex vascular and circulatory conditions. Responsible for maintaining medical records and completing interdisciplinary care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Requires a current Alabama or compact state RN license and an associate's degree in nursing, with a bachelor's degree preferred. BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire, and ACLS is required within six months.

Our Vascular unit specializes in caring for patients with complex vascular and circulatory conditions, as well as general medical and post‑surgical needs. Patients on this unit may include those with peripheral vascular disease, arterial and venous disorders, wound complications, post‑operative vascular care, and chronic conditions requiring ongoing monitoring and education. Nurses work closely with vascular surgeons, hospitalists, wound care specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
Nurses on this unit are provided the opportunity to earn dialysis certification as part of their professional development.
