Description\nJoin Our Surgical Team as a Skilled Ophthalmic Scrub Technologist!\nOur established multi-specialty Ophthalmology group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Scrub Technologist to provide essential support during ophthalmic procedures. \nYour Impact:\nExpert Surgical Assistance: Assist surgeons with precision and efficiency during ophthalmic procedures.\nTechnical Proficiency: Perform technical skills with confidence and accuracy.\nInstrumentation & Supply Management: Provide and assist with instrumentation and supplies as needed.\nAseptic Technique & Compliance: Scrub according to AORN policies and accreditation standards.\nSchedule:\nPer diem/Part-time: Every Wednesday and every 4th Friday.\nNo weekends.\nMust be flexible.\nWhat You'll Bring/Requirements:\nCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.\nProven scrub tech experience.\nKnowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical protocols.\nProfessionalism, reliability, and flexibility.\nAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nBonus Points:\nOperating Room (OR) or Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience.\nCertified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.\nOphthalmology experience.\nWe thrive on: Care for our patients and team, effective Collaboration, and a commitment to Elevate.\nRefocus is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity
