Provide 24-hour in-house and on-call clinical coverage for a Level III NICU. Manage complex neonatal conditions and perform critical procedures including intubation and line placement.
Requires a Michigan license and certifications in PALS and NRP, with BC preferred. Candidates should have Level III NICU experience and proficiency in advanced neonatal procedures.
Provide 24-hour in-house and on-call coverage for Level III NICU Manage neonates with respiratory distress, pulmonary hypertension, sepsis, and other complex conditions Perform necessary procedures including intubation, line placement, and spinal taps Stabilize and coordinate transport for surgical cases Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including RNs, RTs, and consulting specialists
