Provide direct personal support and supportive counseling to homeless adults with major mental illnesses in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, milieu management, and maintaining clinical documentation within a trauma-informed care framework.
Requires a high school diploma and the ability to obtain MHRT1 certification within one year of employment. Candidates must pass comprehensive background checks and be physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
This is a full-time, 40hours/week position. Various schedules available. Specific schedule availability will be discussed with the program during an interview. These positions vary with hours. The program operates on a 24 hour/day, 7 days a week basis. Willingness to have availability on weekends/holidays is required.
