Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Allergy & ENT clinic. The RN plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting allergy testing and immunotherapy services, and ensuring a safe, efficient clinical environment. This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative outpatient setting.

- Key Responsibilities Clinical Care
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and allergy-focused evaluations
- Administer allergy testing (skin prick, intradermal) as ordered by the provider
- Prepare and administer allergy immunotherapy injections in accordance with physician protocols
- Monitor patients post-injection and respond promptly to adverse reactions, including anaphylaxis
- Assist providers with ENT procedures and allergy-related treatments as needed
- Medication & Treatment Management
- Prepare and maintain allergy serum and ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments safely and accurately
- Educate patients on medication use, allergy management, and treatment plans
- Patient Education & Coordination
- Provide clear instructions regarding immunotherapy schedules, reactions, and follow-up care
- Educate patients on environmental controls and allergy avoidance strategies
- Coordinate care with providers, front office staff, and external partners as needed
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic safety protocols
- Assist with quality assurance and infection control measures
- Operational Support
- Maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies for allergy services
- Support clinic flow by preparing patients efficiently and assisting with procedures
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and process improvements

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (allergy, ENT, or outpatient setting preferred)
- Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols, including management of allergic reactions
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR systems)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in allergy/immunotherapy clinics
- IV/Injection experience and familiarity with biologics or specialty medications
- BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
