Support clients in recovering and maintaining daily living skills by implementing individualized treatment plans under therapist supervision. Responsibilities include assessing home environments, recommending adaptive equipment, and documenting patient progress.
Candidates must hold an active COTA certification and possess strong communication skills. Experience in home health or rehab settings and proficiency with digital documentation software are preferred.
