Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families. Provide ongoing evidence-based therapy sessions while maintaining confidential clinical documentation and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Requires a Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. Must hold a current licensure in good standing or a Registered Associate License in the state of Oregon.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team and provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, or groups. In this role, you will support clients in navigating emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns while fostering a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment.
Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify strengths, needs, and treatment goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical best practices. Provide ongoing therapy sessions using appropriate, evidence-based modalities. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and support services when appropriate. Support clients in building coping skills, improving functioning, and working toward personal goals. Adhere to all applicable ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
Current licensure in good standing as required by the state of Oregon. Refistered Associate License in Oregon is also acceptable. Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field. Experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical, community, or private practice setting. Strong knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries. Proficiency in clinical documentation and familiarity with electronic health records is preferred. Preferred Attributes Empathetic, patient, and client-centered approach.
