Job Summary You will work as needed as a Wound Care Registered Nurse, applying our nursing model to patient care. Your role includes assessing patients and addressing nursing issues related to health problems. You will also evaluate patient responses to care. Your job involves more than nursing. Help patients safely navigate their healthcare journey by understanding their needs. Ensure patients move smoothly through healthcare encounters without complications or delays. Awareness of the laws, rules, regulations, standards, and guidelines of certifying bodies is necessary. Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and tools used for documenting medical information, is required.
