The provider will evaluate and manage patients through both in-office visits and telemedicine. Responsibilities include reviewing lab results, prescribing treatment plans, and maintaining medical documentation for men's health and wellness programs.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong interest in men's health and wellness. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are required.
