The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult patients in an inpatient environment. This role specifically focuses on the Orthopedics and Plastics surgery areas.
Requires a current Wisconsin or Multi-state RN license and BLS certification within 90 days of hire. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, and non-BSN nurses must enroll in a BSN program within 15 months of hire.
