The Licensed Nurse plans and provides comprehensive nursing care for residents while supervising direct care staff. They ensure facility operations comply with federal, state, and local standards.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a valid state license to practice as an RN. CPR certification and proficiency in English communication are also required.
The Licensed Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents; and supervision and guidance to staff providing direct care. Complies with federal, state and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.
