The RN is responsible for evaluating patient clinical needs, developing and implementing plans of care, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. They must provide supervision to Home Health Aides and maintain accurate documentation of skilled care and patient responses.
Requires a current Massachusetts RN license, CPR certification, and either one year of nursing experience or six months with a BSN. BSN, home care experience, and IV skills are preferred.
Successful passage of VNA pre-hire medication test Current RN license in Mass. and other related credentials to meet specialty. Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required or 6 months of nursing experience with a BSN. CPR certification required. Home care and IV experience, computer skills and BSN preferred.
