The RN is responsible for evaluating clinical needs, developing and implementing patient plans of care, and supervising Home Health Aides. They must coordinate with physicians, maintain national benchmark outcomes, and manage the discharge process.
Requires a current Massachusetts RN license, CPR certification, and either one year of nursing experience or six months with a BSN. BSN, IV experience, and computer skills are preferred.
Successful passage of VNA pre-hire medication test Current RN license in Mass. and other related credentials to meet specialty. Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required or 6 months of nursing experience with a BSN. CPR certification required. Home care and IV experience, computer skills and BSN preferred.
