High Focus Centers in Paramus is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals.
At High Focus Centers in Paramus we are currently seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our clients.

Address: 40 Eisenhower Dr, Paramus, NJ 07652 Schedule: Monday - Friday (1-2 evening shifts/week required) Salary: $52,000/year - $60,000/year (with FREE licensure supervision!) Here at Paramus Outpatient, our Counselors: Provide elite-level care to adolescents seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact.
Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals Other duties as assigned Education/Experience: Required: Master's degree in human services or related field Required: LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC (or are in the process of obtaining) Pyramid CORE Values: We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
