Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Candidates must have at least one year of behavioral health experience or three years of psychiatric clinical experience and hold a BLS certification.

Provides direct patient care and supportive services to patients with mental health disorders as well as chemically dependent patients to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients. Carries out a variety of patient care activities which support the maintenance of the therapeutic milieu, and which meet the patient's needs for comfort and safety. May also perform the duties and responsibilities of an Emergency Department Technician.
REQUIRED Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other behavioral health related fields. One (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field setting, OR three (3) years of experience in psychiatric settings in a clinical/direct patient care job. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) PREFERRED 1. Patient care experience in a hospital or inpatient mental health facility Work Hours: 7a-7p
