Provide high-quality care to residents by managing patient care plans and administering medications. Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure total regimen of care is maintained and lead nursing personnel during unit rounds.
Must have a nursing degree from an accredited institution and a current, active LPN license in the state. Requires active CPR/BLS certification and proficiency in English and Electronic Medical Records.
