We provide comprehensive short-term and long-term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe and welcoming environment.

• Responsibilities

• Therapist, you will: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans Supervise and support therapy assistants as appropriate Accurately document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards Deliver high-quality care with compassion, professionalism, and clinical excellence Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
