Salary
$57 - $60 / HOUR
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and supervise therapy assistants while maintaining accurate regulatory documentation.
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in California and be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is preferred.
