$36 - $42 / HOUR
Provide individualized therapy interventions to improve resident independence and functional abilities. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and accurately document patient progress.
Requires an active COTA certification and California state licensure. Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is preferred.
