Provide direct and indirect care to patients in a behavioral health treatment setting to promote mental and emotional well-being. Assist in maintaining a safe environment through de-escalation efforts and supporting nursing staff during the admissions process.
Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience for the CRS level, or a bachelor's degree for the Senior CRS level. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and meet specific physical requirements, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

$17.09 + differentials $.50 Evenings and Nights, $.75 Weekends/Holidays and $1.00 Direct Care Primary Working Hours: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am 10 Hour Shifts Th F Sa Su FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Primary Work Location/Department: NCBH Fort Supply Inpatient Unit Vacancies: 1 Minimum Qualifications and Experience: CRS: Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of an associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. SR CRS: Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting four (4) years of relevant experience for the required education. Preference may be given to current NCBH employees.
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is located in Northwest Oklahoma! NCBH provides excellent treatment to all of Northwestern Oklahoma. We are licensed and Joint Commission accredited since 1974. We provide complete mental health and substance abuse services for the individuals of Northwest Oklahoma in our outpatient offices, transitional residential program and our inpatient psychiatric unit.
This agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
