Provide direct nursing care to acutely or chronically ill pediatric patients in their homes according to physician prescriptions. Coordinate care activities and maintain thorough clinical progress notes in electronic medical records.
Must hold a current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse licensure and CPR certification. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation are required.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $22.90 to $34.35 per hour based on full-time employment.
