Locum CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) Anesthesiology

As a Locum CRNA, you will play a vital role in delivering quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments to evaluate patient health Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to ensure patient safety Monitor patient vitals and manage anesthesia during procedures Manage post-anesthesia care and provide follow-up assessments Educate patients and families on anesthesia procedures and safety Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation Contribute to anesthesiology quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Associate degree in Nursing; CRNA certification required Active state nursing license as a Nurse Anesthetist Strong clinical skills and experience in anesthesia practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Commitment to patient safety and quality care Flexibility to adapt to varying shift demands
