Occupational Therapy Assistant- COTA (Per Diem)

A Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant , (COTA/OTA), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Charlton, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish. Must have SNF experience.

· Short Term Rehab 40 bed unit (27 private rooms with private bathrooms) – all rooms stocked with rolling walker, standard wheelchair with leg rests and cushions

· Long Term Skilled Nursing (112 LTC private rooms with private bathrooms) with country kitchen dining

· Independent Living (207 apartments and 14 cottages)

· Stonebrook Enhanced Living (28 private rooms/rest home)

· Fieldstone Memory Care Assisted Living (14 private rooms)

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
• SNF experience.
