Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents under supervision of a registered nurse
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to orders
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and report changes promptly
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility)
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement and adjust care plans

Requirements

• Active LPN license and eligibility to practice
• Relevant experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in a 3x12-hour schedule
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical documentation skills
