Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support treatment plans and help patients move through rehab safely and effectively. This clinic treats 2 patients per hour, giving PTAs time to guide exercises, monitor form, communicate patient updates, and support progress without a rushed pace.

Position Details

Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Clinic: PT-owned Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities Assist with strengthening, balance, mobility, flexibility, and gait training Monitor patient response during treatment Communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT Reinforce home exercise programs and safe movement Complete accurate treatment documentation Help keep treatment areas organized and ready Active Florida PTA License PTA Degree required Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates New graduates are welcome to apply Interest in orthopedic outpatient care Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Bring your PTA skills to a clinic where patient care has a steady, thoughtful pace.
