The clinic serves patients from 11 to 90 years old, which offers variety in patient goals, diagnoses, and treatment plans. The team includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, creating a collaborative environment where communication and coordinated care are part of the daily workflow.

Responsibilities

Complete patient evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, clinical findings, and patient goals Provide therapy for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using appropriate interventions Lead patients through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance activities, mobility work, and functional rehabilitation Educate patients on home exercise programs, safe activity progression, and recovery expectations Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care when appropriate Complete accurate documentation using WebPT Coordinate with PTAs and other clinical staff to support continuity of care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure New graduates are encouraged to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Grow your Physical Therapy career in a modern outpatient clinic where your clinical work, patient relationships, and long-term development are supported.
