$39 - $60 / HOUR
Provides social work services to elderly participants through one-on-one and group counseling within an interdisciplinary team. Conducts comprehensive assessments to create individualized care plans and connects participants with community and financial resources.
Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and a valid Washington State Clinical Independent Social Worker license (or associate/temporary license). Candidates must have at least one year of experience with geriatric populations and two years working with diverse ethnic geriatric groups.
This is a per diem/on call position.
This position will see participants in south of Snohomish county to south of King county.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
