The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents based on physician orders and AOTA guidelines to help them regain independence. Responsibilities include documenting progress in medical records and collaborating with families and care teams to achieve therapy goals.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered and licensed to practice in Ohio. Experience with NetHealth and PCC is considered a plus, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
