The LPN is responsible for assessing resident health status, administering medications, and coordinating care with physicians and families. They also supervise nursing staff and ensure a safe, respectful environment compliant with state and federal regulations.
Candidates must hold a current LPN license, be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, and possess CPR certification. Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.

We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive long-term care environment. The LPN is responsible for assessing resident needs, coordinating care, supervising nursing staff, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and abuse-free environment for all residents.
Current LPN license. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. CPR certification is required. Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills. Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility needs. Candidates must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
