Responsibilities

Practice features multiple Ophthalmologists and is fully supported with a team of clinical & non-clinical staff as well as Optometrists. Practice comprehensive ophthalmology with fellowship trained physicians that specialize in small-incision cataract surgery, screening and treatment of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular diseases, floaters, central serous retinopathy, and inflammatory eye diseases. Clinicians in this department will have access to privileges in ambulatory surgical centers and community hospitals. What makes an Optum Care organization different? Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
