Coordinates resident care and implements care plans to ensure residents attain their optimum level of functioning. Maintains compliance with regulations and manages daily shift reports and rounds.
Requires a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR certification. Two years of experience in long-term care is preferred.
The purpose of this job is to ensure residents receive appropriate personal care and are enabled to attain their optimum level of functioning. To ensure that the center remains in compliance with organization, local, state and federal regulations.
• 2 years experience in long term care and in the management of resident care
